30 weeks 5 days

We are cruising right along here. :) Baby is doing well. Last week we had an u/s to measure him. Dr wanted to make sure he wasn't too big. Whatever too big is. :) The guesstimate was 3 pounds 11 ounces, putting him at 50-75%. We did discover a low lying placenta as the dr put it but the tech said full previa. Not sure how bad it is, but only time will tell. I have another u/s on Monday. Usually the placenta moves from bottom upward, but mine went down. Anyway.....I am not a whatiffer (not a word, but you get the idea) so I won't concern myself until we know for sure. And it would mean a c-section if it doesn't move.

I am posting a belly picture from today. It isn't getting any smaller that is for certain. I went grocery shopping this afternoon and man oh man, I can barely walk. Thankfully Shane met me there and I got through it. :)

Hope all is well with everyone! Love you and God bless!

no...it def is NOT getting smaller =] you are still so beautiful, LOVE your shirt, it looks like something my mother would wear!! cute cute cute!!

my mom takes me to the commisary to go shopping for meats (its cheaper there then out in town) and every time i am with my mom, she tells everyone (i swear) EVERYONE, "This is my oldest, she is carring my FIRST grandbaby, its a boy!" The people just stare...Then my mom says, "She is married! She got married in Dec 08" Then the people's mouths drop...and they stare even longer..then my mom says, "She is turning 21 in november!" Then people normally say "O WOW IT LOOkS LIKE SHE is 12 YEARS OLD!" Then we all start laughing! LOL =] never fails..ALL the time..thats how it goes when i am out with my mom!

its fun though!! I will be praying for your placenta thing...that it gets higher! Have you had c sections before?!

I LOVE AND MISS YOU!!!

Oh, you are so cute. :) Glad to hear he is measuring well. Will pray for the placenta. Sounds like you have a good doctor who will keep on top of it, though. Keep us updated. I am pretty slow, too. :) Carl can hardly handle it, as he walks circles around me now. Soon enough he'll have more to wait on than just me! :) Love you!

Thank you Jenny! :)

It is amazing how slow we can get huh? :) I know you two are in the countdown mode and it is wonderful huh?

I have to say, I have horrible dr care. I had 100% better with the Navy last time than the mess I am dealing with now. It is civilian and there are at least five in the practice, none of whom I know who is who. I say it is like assembly line OB care. Never seen anything like it. Thankfully this is not my first or I'd be in huge trouble, or it could also be they don't have the time for me because it is NOT my first. Not sure which it is, but if I get to see the dr for 55 seconds I am doing good. It is an in and out process. I can wait for over an hour to be seen for a few seconds.

Anyway...I'll survive, I just don't care a bit for the lack of bedside service. :)

Love ya and miss ya!

Okay, Dan's comment: Myyyyyyy. Worrrrrrrd.

Jenny's comment: Joy!! You look so beautiful!! Yay, you're getting close to the end! I love your belly,.. isn't that amazing... you sure do carry ALL in the front!! Love it. I wish I could be there to rub your shoulders the way you like, and rub your feet. :( You could always fly me out for a week of pampering! Think of it, I can paint your toes for the delivery... rub your feet, clean your home! It would be fabulous! LOL.... I'm just teasing.. no, imagining... no, fantasizing! LOL! I miss you SOOooo much and wish I could be there for you!! You look so adorable! Keep the pics coming!!!

Praise the Lord for technology! I'll be praying that the doctors will make the best desicion for you and your precious little boy!! You look great! I am measuring about 8 weeks big with this baby, but I don't think I look as big in the belly as you do. My doctor isn't concerned about the measurement, he says I probably do with each one and that is just my body. Craig says it's all that extra fluid for all those extra weeks that baby likes to stay inside of me! Ha, ha! Love ya, feel your pain, and miss ya!!

Hee hee! Jenny, I love Dan's comments. :) Yeah it is a rather out there belly. Shane was saying the same thing the other day. He was amazed. I would love to have you here! Our 20 year annv. is next week and I was wanting my toes painted. If I don't get the girls to do it, then I suppose I am outa luck. :) We are going to the mountains to a very expensive cabin and I can't wait! :) Love you!!

Charissa, GREAT to hear from you. :) I miss you sooo much too! We miss WS sooo much! I am still trying to hang tough here. Thank you for your prayers. Love you!!

Mrs. Houston, that is amazing you are measuring so far ahead. It is crazy what our bodies do huh? :) I miss you all greatly!! Thank you for your comments. :) Love you all!!
